As far as we all know, there is an anual selection of the best dressed women. And it is voted by all the editors of 《People》magzine. The winners are the highest impcact dressesrs of the year. The championship is kate Hudson:

She is always a hippie girl in our heart. But the reason she can defeat the last year’s championship Beyonce is the inpouring of elegance to her hippie style.As you can see, everything goes well with her! No matter when she’s on the street or in evening dress…she is just so perfect!

 

But let’s look back on Kate…then we know that she is not borned to be championship. When I say this I mean everyone can be a championship!
